The PayPal® Payment Addon v4.0 is an Open-Realty addon designed to offer a payment method for agents to add listings. This addon is designed to work with the new layout of OR v2.5.x & up.
Setup can include Subscription packages and/or Pay-Per-Listing packages with the ability to include several different options. Subscriptions are based on recurring accounts that offer an ongoing, uninterrupted account with the ability to add or delete listings as needed until the subscription is cancelled. PPL accounts offer listings based on expirations that are renewable as needed. The script automatically handles expirations and deactivation for expired listings. Agents can add listings to their account as needed.

- PPL packages are kept separate from subscription packages so not to confuse customers. One page is for subscription signup, another for PPL signup. They can choose which link to follow.

- Offers built in option or cron ability to expire and delete listings (includes crontab.txt)
- Settings allow for monthly renewal on expired listings with set prices for each feature according to it's current listing. The renewal offers different options for time for renewal. Agents can also update their expiration date before it expires.
- Full PayPal IPN (Instant Payment Notification) for all accounts
- Supports eCheck and other payment methods. Account isn't created until payment clears.
- When subscriptions reach EOT (Cancelled or Payment refused), agent's accounts are converted to a PPL account instead of deleting them.
- Handles current non-paying agents (before addon installed) and can force them to create a subscription or PPL account before adding or editing their listings until canging account to paid.
- Allows a grace period for forced accounts before requiring them to renew to a paid listing.
- Agent admin icons change according to the type of account.
- Dynamic subscription and PPL packages, fully set in admin - no file editing needed.
- Allows Subscription Upgrades or adding listings to PPL accounts
- Allows for admin notification when a listing is modified.
- Modified listings can be set as inactive until admin makes the listing active.
